RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Small Town Threads & More

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Because many of our products are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers, our return process may differ from that of a traditional retail store. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

If you would like to request a return, please contact Small Town Threads & More within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of use
  • Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable
  • Approved for return before being mailed

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

IMPORTANT — DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO THE SENDER

Do not mail an item back to the return address printed on your package unless Small Town Threads & More specifically instructs you to do so.

Because we work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, the address on your package may be a warehouse, shipping facility, or supplier address that does not accept customer returns.

Please contact Small Town Threads & More first for return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for a refund if they cannot be located or processed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, the following items are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or customized merchandise
  • Items made specifically to order
  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise when clearly marked as such before purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
  • Items returned outside the approved return period

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use items may also be non-returnable where permitted by law. Any such restriction will be disclosed when applicable.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Small Town Threads & More as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order information and clear photographs showing:

  • The item received
  • The damage or defect
  • The packaging and shipping label when requested

Please do not discard the item or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once the issue is verified, we will work with the applicable supplier to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as applicable.

SIZE & FIT

Please review available sizing information before ordering.

Unless otherwise stated, choosing an incorrect size or deciding that an item does not fit as expected is not considered a damaged or defective product.

Eligible size-related returns will be handled according to the standard return requirements in this policy. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you simply change your mind, no longer want the item, or order the wrong color, style, or size, you may request a return if the product otherwise qualifies under this policy.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by law.

EXCHANGES

Because inventory is maintained by third-party suppliers and can change quickly, we cannot guarantee that exchanges will be available.

When a direct exchange is unavailable, you may need to return the eligible item and place a new order for the desired product.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the return is due to an error attributable to us or an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for approved returns. Small Town Threads & More cannot guarantee receipt of a return package that does not have tracking.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only after an eligible return has been received and inspected or after a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect-item claim has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the refund results from an error for which we are responsible.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Dropshipped orders may be submitted to our suppliers shortly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been submitted to a supplier.

If an order has already shipped, it will generally need to follow the applicable return process.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Any refund for an eligible returned package may exclude shipping charges or other non-refundable costs where permitted by law.

DROPSHIPPING & THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Products sold by Small Town Threads & More are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers.

Different suppliers may have different warehouses and return procedures. Customers should always contact Small Town Threads & More regarding an order rather than attempting to arrange a return directly with the supplier.

Purchasing through Small Town Threads & More means your transaction is with Small Town Threads & More, even when a third party fulfills or ships the product.

Before sending any item back, please contact Small Town Threads & More with your order information and reason for requesting a return.

We will review your request and provide instructions if the item qualifies.

Do not send merchandise back without receiving return instructions first.

POLICY CHANGES

Small Town Threads & More may update this Return & Refund Policy as our products, suppliers, fulfillment methods, or business practices change. The policy applicable to your purchase will be subject to applicable law.
